| Freshly baked ... one day at room temperature Refrigerated ... one week (for prebaked buns) Frozen ... three months (for prebaked buns and dough) Frozen Quejos should be kept in freezer bags to preserve and prevent dryness. Defrosted Quejos should never be re-frozen. Dough should be kept frozen at all times. Slightly defrosted dough should be baked right away without re-freezing. |
