Starting with our first Brazilian Quejos buns in 1999, we’ve grown from a single product sold on a simple market stand, to a wide range of wholesome, delicious baked goods available in your favourite health food store. All are made with nonGMO, naturally gluten-free, plant-based cassava flour, which has sustained native South American peoples for over 5,000 years - and are free of preservatives, yeast, and grains.
We are passionate about playing our part to fix a food system that, we believe, is broken. And that means only making delicious, good-for-you foods from a simple list of ethically sourced, minimally processed ingredients that travel the shortest distance possible.
